With Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond
The amaretto flavours from the Adriatico are perfectly balanced by the citrusy notes from the lemon juice, then a smoky finish with the ginger syrup and Sparkling Pineapple & Almond. Perfect for any summer occasion that requires cocktails!
Ingredients:
- 1.7 fl oz Adriatico
- 0.6 fl oz Vodka
- 0.6 fl oz Lemon Juice
- 0.1 fl oz Ginger Syrup
- 3.3 fl 0z Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond
Method
Pour all the ingredients (excluding the Sparkling Pineapple & Almond) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top with the soda before garnishing with a lemon wedge.
