This Christmas cocktail is perfect for those who love lemon and almond flavours, the flavours balance in this drink to create a remarkable Christmas serve for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.7 fl oz Broken Clock Vodka
- 0.6 fl oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 fl oz Sugar Syrup
- 0.6 fl oz Egg White or Aquafaba
- 0.17 fl oz Amaretto Disaronno
- 5 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic with Quinine
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding the Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water). Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and pour in the Sicilian Lemon Tonic with Quinine at the same time. Garnish with a Panettone slice.
