Monkey’s Son
With Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger
Ingredients:
- 1.3 fl oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky
- 2 Drops of Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
- 0.6 fl oz Rubis Chocolate Wine Liqueur
- Top with 1.7 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a 12oz rocks glass which has a single large block of ice in. Gently stir to mix and garnish with a stroke of painted warm chocolate on the side of the glass.
