Ingredients:
- 1oz Greenall’s Pineapple Gin
- 1.25oz Cocchi Americano Vermouth
- 4.5oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond, or enough to top up
- 0.25oz Lemon Juice
- Mint Sprig, to garnish
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add the gin, lemon juice and vermouth, then top up with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond. Gently stir and garnish with a mint sprig to serve.
