With Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pink Grapefruit

Ingredients:
- 1.3 fl oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
- 0.6 fl oz Martini Ambrato Smoke Infused
- Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Method
Create a white chocolate rim on the glass beforehand. Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass, including the Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Give the drink a gentle stir with a bar spoon and place an ice block into the glass.
