Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Mezcal
- 2/3oz Rose Vermouth
- 1/3oz Lime Juice
- 1/3oz Agave Syrup
- Top with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, or enough to top
- Grapefruit (to garnish)
- Star Anise (to garnish)
- Thyme (to garnish)
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice then add mezcal, rose vermouth, lime juice, agave syrup and Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Gently stir and garnish with grapefruit twirl.
