A purely tropical blend, with coconut flavours coming from Koko Kanu balanced by lime juice. The Sparkling Pineapple & Almond gives a smoky finish to a simple summer cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 1.3 fl oz Koko Kanu
- 0.3 fl oz Lime Juice
- 3.3 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass (excluding the Franklin & Sons). Add ice to the glass, then Sparkling Pineapple & Almond, and gently stir to mix and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
