INGREDIENTS:
- 1.7 fl oz Jameson’s
- 0.3 fl oz Lemon Juice
- Dash of Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Winter Spiced Bitters
- Top with Franklin & Sons Original Ginger Ale
METHOD
Fill a 12oz highball with cubed ice and pour all the ingredients into the glass. Gently stir with a bar spoon to mix and garnish with a sprig of mint and a torched cinnamon stick.
