Elderflower Spritz
With Franklin & Sons 1886 Club Soda

Ingredients:
- 2oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2oz White Wine
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 3.5oz Franklin & Sons 1886 Club Soda, or enough to top up
- Lemon Peel, to garnish
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add elderflower liqueur, white wine, and lemon juice, then top up with Franklin & Sons 1886 Club Soda. Gently stir and garnish with lemon peel to serve.
