Ingredients
- 2oz Spiced Rum
- 0.5oz Fresh Lime
- 0.5oz Crème De Banana
- 0.5oz Pineapple Juice
- 1oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond, or enough to top
- Pineapple leaf (to garnish)
- Lime wedge (to garnish)
- Pineapple Wedge (to garnish)
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add rum, fresh lime juice, crème de banana, pineapple juice and Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pineapple & Almond. Gently stir and garnish with a pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge and a lime wheel to serve.
