With Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer
A non-alcoholic Christmas drink, deliciously tropical from the fruit juices with a hint of spice coming through the Brewed Ginger Beer.
Ingredients:
- 1.7 fl oz Spiced Cane Lyres
- 1.3 fl oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.3 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3.3 fl 0z Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding the Brewed Ginger Beer). With a mini mixer, mix and add the Brewed Ginger Beer and pour it into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with crystallised pineapple.
