Ramos Amaretto Fizz
With Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger

Remarkable drinks should be served at every Christmas occasion and our Ramos Amaretto Fizz is just that; remarkable. The creamy texture is balanced by the almond and mandarin flavours, which shine through.
Ingredients:
- 1.7 fl oz Disaronno Velvet
- 0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
- 0.3 fl oz Sugar Syrup
- 0.6 fl oz Aquafaba
- 0.8 fl oz Single Cream
- 3 Drops of Orange Blossom Water
- Top with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (not the Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger) and shake for 40-50 seconds. Grab a highball glass and fill it with ice and pour the mix in. Top with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger and garnish with a pinch of chocolate powder.
