Ingredients:
- 2oz Dewar’s White Label Whisky
- 3.5oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger, or enough to top up
- Dash of Angostura Orange Bitters
- Slice of Orange, to garnish
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the whisky, a dash of Angostura Orange Bitters and top up with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger. Gently stir and garnish with a slice of orange to serve.
