A citrusy cocktail perfect for summer. Light bitter and floral spices from the Italicus are balanced by the lime juice and our Sparkling Pink Grapefruit.
Ingredients:
- 1.7 fl oz Italicus
- 0.3 fl oz Lime Juice
- 5 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass (excluding the soda) and add ice. Add Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, gently stir to mix and garnish with a coconut rim.
