Ingredients:
- 1oz Four Roses Whiskey
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Mandarin Liqueur
- 0.25oz Egg White
- 0.75oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger, or enough to top
- Orange Peel (to garnish)
Method
Combine all the ingredients (except Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger) into a cocktail shaker and dry shake with 1 ice cube. Re-shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass and top with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger. Garnish with an orange peel to serve.
