- 1.5oz Spiced Rum
- 2/3oz Crème de Cassis
- 0.5oz Lime Juice
- Dash of bitters
- Top with Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer, or enough to top
- Sprig of Rosemary (to garnish)
- Star Anise (to garnish)
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice then spiced rum, crème de cassis, lime juice, a dash of bitters and Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer. Gently stir and garnish with star anise and rosemary to serve.
