Pisco Ramos
With Franklin & Sons Sparkling Guava & Lime
A smooth cocktail where the aroma is as strong as the flavours, our Sparkling Guava & Lime provides a light citrus hit which makes this summer cocktail one to savour.
Ingredients:
- 1.7 fl oz 1615 Pisco
- 0.6 fl oz Parafante Fig Liquor
- 0.6 fl oz Aquafaba
- 0.3 fl oz Simple Syrup
- 5 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Guava & Lime
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour all the ingredients (excluding the soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass, whilst also pouring in the Sparkling Guava & Lime and garnish with lemon peel.
