INGREDIENTS:
- 1.7 fl oz Everleaf Forest
- 0.6 fl oz Orange & Fennel Cordial
- 4 fl oz Franklin & Sons Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients (excluding the Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger) into a highball glass and then add ice and top with Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger. Gently stir to mix and garnish with raspberry powder.
